An office can be a deeply cultural space without relying on traditional clichés. For the BCG Bangkok headquarters, we were inspired by the beautiful contrasts of Thailand, the soft, flowing movement of a sarong fabric paired with the quiet strength of stone statues. We chose to weave local culture into the workspace through unexpected, sensory colours inspired by Thai herbs and spices, like fresh coriander and sweet lilac. Our hope was to create a flexible, open environment that feels sophisticated and rich in heritage, offering a warm, inspiring place for people to connect, share ideas, and grow together.
